- La Pedrera is accessible to people with reduced mobility, except the Roof-Terrace which does not allow wheelchairs or pushchairs but there is a special platform just outside the lift where you can enjoy a general view.
- The VELTRA voucher is NOT your final voucher and will NOT be accepted at the La Pedrera. You will receive the La Pedrera OFFICIAL ticket in PDF form which will be sent to you via separate mail. Should you not receive this, please send an email to VELTRA.
- The exact start of the tour will be advised upon receiving a booking confirmation.

- Choose your preferred visit time upon booking. Every effort will be made to book your selected time or the closest possible time slot if sold out. It won't be possible to modify the final time slot, so please avoid booking other tours that may overlap with the available departures on this day until you have received your confirmed time.
